PPC Group

PPC Cement, established in 1892, is the oldest cement producer in Southern Africa, with 26 operations across 6 African countries. Over the years, PPC has implemented a myrid of employee engeagment programs and, in 2017, approached us to implement Snakes & Hazards. One of the key challenges was overcoming the ”campaign fatigue” experienced by employees due to many initiatives previously rolled out by the group.

We aligned the program with the strategic objective of the group whilst incorporating the individual operational requirements of the different reagions to create a customised program for each operation.

Due to our simplistic approach, Snakes & Hazards became the first initiative to be implemented by all the PPC operations.
