Casjahn has a background in education and conservation and is the founder of the Snakes & Hazards program. In 2010 he established Snakes & Hazards, and through collaboration and experience of the many different industries, it formed into the incredible engagement tool it is today. Over the past 12 years, he has assisted leadership teams in effectively enabling behavioral change in the workplace, especially where companies are rightfully employing local communities in increasingly technical roles.
